A few months ago, we ran a fundraiser ‘Turning Bottles into Milk‘. It was a successful one and the students of the Bandawe School for the Hearing Impaired enjoyed enormously to drink the milk they could drink. They enjoyed it so much that after 4 months they are once again sending their thanks to all those who participated.
Thinks are tough in Malawi at the moment. The heavy rains of the past weeks didn’t help. The prices of goods went even higher and for those schools which receive money from the government surviving is a hard battle.
Nevertheless, as you can see from these pictures, their moral is high and the students of Bandawe are in good health. Let’s hope we are able to support them more often in the future.
