The boxes we sent a few weeks ago reached Mzuzu. Grace and her family improvised a little fashion show for us.
Grace was extremely grateful for the donation. She said her family really. needed this boost. Both her and Favour could use many of the clothes we sent.
The second box, the one for Gift, also arrived. Grace is going to keep it with her for a while, till Gift can actually get hold of it. This should be during the autumn break or at the latest at Christmas. We thought about sending it to Gift’s grandma beforehand, but then agreed it was not wise. Clothes would get distributed to Gift’s brothers and cousins leaving him empty handed.
