One of the most important tasks related to the management of Marajowi is broadening its network. Marajowi exists thanks to the sponsoring it receives from a few faithful donors and the funds raised during specific events.
We try and organise a few events every year. Lately we are also trying to get in contact with other organisations. If we could establish some cooperation that might help Marajowi a lot. Ultimately our goal stays the same: give a better future to the kids we sponsor by education and exposure to the outside world. So far we can manage education with the existing network we have. Getting the kids exposed to the outside world is much more complicated. That’s why, last week we met with a representative of Master Peace. This is a dutch based association aiming at creating a sustainable and peaceful world. Their aim is to mobilize people around the world to use their talent and energy for peace building and togetherness.
We had a good talk and we might be able to get access to their network in the months to come. We will keep you updated.
