We met Grace, Effie and Maria while volunteering at Saint Maria Goretti school for the Visually Impaired back in 2010. Lovely girls, they were very active volunteering with the blind students, since their father, Peter, was the Special Needs Teacher.
They kept doing that all the time they were in Nkhata Bay and we met them over and over every time we visited.
Now, they are all grown up. Effie, the youngest, is waiting for the MSCE results, to get into university. Grace is attending the Polytechnic university and Maria is working in Lilongwe. She has an Advanced Diploma in Community Development. We are really proud of them and what they reached in life, also thanks to the continuous support of their father of course.
